Pork Cutlet Nov09

My dear dear loves to eat pork ... see his size and you will know ... lol ....

so what to do, must learn how to make nice pork related dishes ... and this is pork cutlet. very easy to make, just need to follow a few simple steps:

1) ensure the meat is properly pounded so that the meat will not be tough
2) marinate overnight will be good. just need simple soya sauce and pepper
3) after coat the bread crumbs, put into fridge again so that crumbs will not drop off easily during frying
4) fry with low heat until 70-80% cooked
5) fry again with high heat so that the meat will still be tender inside and will not be oily

Wah ...Ah Kee, your pork cutlet looks good to eat. Maybe must do a bit more in the presentation lah! Can add in a salad at the side or some vege / potato stuff, then put some of your beautiful blooms to beautify your plate .... your cutlet will look lagi shiok to eat! :-)

I also cooked Jap curry with it (but did not take pic). Lazy to decor lah, eating at home only so does not really matter :P
