Food Tasting Oct 09

brother is getting married and we had a food tasting session at the hotel. first time we get to comment on each and every dish

starter: quite nice although can still be improved

shark fins

the vinegar bottle design is extremely bad. I spill lots onto the table
and finally after some testing, we chose the one on the right, which at least can pour decently



roast chicken with sweet and sour sauce

baked cod fish - yummy
scallop in XO sauce

mushroom and abalone

my brother skip the rice / noodle dish as we feel most of the time it is not eaten and very wasteful
yam paste with ginko nuts
